Personal Physician Care is currently enrolling diabetic patients into a brand new program. PPC is the first office in the greater Palm Beach area to offer such a unique approach to diabetes management. 

The diabetes group visit is available to any patient of our practice who needs extra attention to getting their diabetes better controlled. Through this type a visit, you will learn to understand about the disease, how it impacts your life, proper nutrition, medication concerns, and most importantly, you will walk away being in control of your health and diabetes.
